Exchange, Return, and Change of Mind Policy -Madeline Jewels

At Madeline Jewels, we have developed an exchange and return policy aligned with the laws and rights of our consumers and customers, ensuring an efficient, quick, and, most importantly, satisfactory process for you.

Period for Exchange or Return

All Madeline Jewels customers have the right to request an exchange or return of their order within 7 calendar days after delivery if the product does not meet their expectations.

Procedure for Exchange or Return

You can contact us via email (contact@madelinejewels.com) to receive the necessary form. This form must be filled out and sent along with the product(s). It is essential to include this form when returning the product.

On the back of the invoice for the product to be returned/exchanged, indicate the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person returning it, the order number, and the date of the return.

Return Due to Change of Mind

If you decide to return the product due to a change of mind, the period is seven calendar days from the date of receipt. Please note the following conditions:

  • The product must not show signs of use.
  • Preferably, it should be sent in the original packaging.
  • It must be accompanied by an invoice, labels, tags (label with the product reference code) properly attached to the product, and all its accessories.

Costs

The entire exchange and return process is free for the customer. There are no costs for exchanges or returns within the warranty period.

Processing Time

The refund is made within 7 days, provided all exchange and/or return rules are respected. You will receive a full refund or a replacement as soon as the returned product is received.

  • Credit Card: The amount will be credited directly to your statement. The card issuer will be notified immediately, and the process may take 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on the billing date and the date of the refund request.
  • Important: The responsibility for refunding the balance lies with the card administrator and the issuing bank.
